Silence
The materialistic world is all noisy but the nature unless and until disturbed is all quiet . If we are in communion with nature then we learn to enjoy its peace and silence . Most of the time it is so quiet that we can hear the rustling of leaves and chirping of birds . We can feel the music of fresh air around us .
This quietness has such a soothing effect on us that our inner self becomes quiet . We can hear the tik-tik of the clock, the breathing in and breathing out of air from our nostrils and feel our own company. The pleasure of being with ones own company is the most pleasure able feeling one can gather.
It is just reverse when we are anxious and disturbed – we abhor our company and run from it . We want people around to give us comfort . This even great preachers have prophesied that when we learn to move inwards and start enjoying our inner self we attain Bodhisattva or Moksha in spiritual parlance .
In fact moksha is when we have full control over our mind and we enjoy the spiritual stillness within us . This is possible only if we learn to be in the company of nature and practice silence within. We have to be materialistic detached and spiritually awakened to attain Mastery over self .
Creative persons are withdrawn inwardly because they hsve to gather energy for their craft which is possible only if all their faculties are focused at their goal . Thus from very early in our life learn to be emotionally withdrawn inwards , enjoy your own company and feel the silence within to attain greater heights .
