I am interacting with the youngsters of today and i am finding that lot of them have an urge to be achiever’s very early in their life . By 21 they seem to conquer the world . Even as a growing up individual i remember we all had urge to be recognized at that age . The identity crisis is the buzz word among the teenagers and youth . They all want to be successful by that age and money is the most pulling factor . It is but natural that since their peer group itself has this problem so they are bound to be affected by it . But they have to unlearn and relearn . Life is not a 100 mt race . I believe it very firmly and my own experiences confirm it .

No success is ultimate and could not be preceded by failures. Life is a Topsy turvy turn and at every step we are fighting with self to succeed . We can gain additional success and mileage very early but some push and pull can pull us down . Thus at no stage in our lives we can feel we have had that additional mileage which has perfectly established us in lives .

All the time we are running and wanting to be ahead of others not realizing that the run in life is with ourselves and nobody else . We have to beat our own self at each stage . The day we learn to run the length of life at our own pace setting our own deadline that very day we will be running it peacefully with our own stamina , strength , strategy , and peace . We will be self competing and finding better goals but for this we need to have lot of mental training very early in life .

To win the race of life more of mental training is required than physical and same stands for marathon . The ultimate winner is one who has sailed through it thick and thin . Thus very early in life we should train ourselves mentally to fight the journey of life .

Some may be achievers in first decade, some in second, some in third and so on . The path is fixed and lets decide to run it . Rest will follow suit .
