Failures are a stepping stone to success

In life it so happens that when we do anything then we all correlate it to success . We are not mentally prepared for failure and all the time we attach it to some forces working outside who have marred our growth . These outside forces could be destiny , our foes , our environment but it is never our lack of preparedness .

We rarely accept that we failed for we erred and this very binding force prevents us from improving .

But i have in my own life experienced that many a times early failures if taken in right stride prepares us for bigger success later on in life .

As a educator for most part of my life i have seen that most of the back bencher experiment with there weaknesses and shortcomings and make it into a big bang .

I will relate my own life experience . In class 11 i joined a new school and as all youngsters i had an inkling to be popular and recognized among my peers . I had always been a shy and self contented student from a family of middle class values . So i never got an opportunity to splurge with experiences and hence my expertise in other fields except from dancing and writing was negligible . I opted for all the clubs hoping to make a big mark in the Intermediate College

On the first day i had to utter few lines for my dramatic club and i gave the most hopeless of performance. I was thrown out from it along with singing and oratory club .

I was left as a total failure and though i have forgotten the faces of all my seniors but i still remember the one who threw me out . That face and that moment is imprinted so deep in my memory that till this date i have shared big platforms for giving public speeches with big names and big dignitaries , acted in one short documentary , had a successful carrier as an educator , have books to my name and am learning singing .

It is the innate desire in the right direction which acts a force to pull us forward .

Thus failures are never end to a road but an ongoing part of a journey . They have to come for many a times our preparedness is not sufficient and hampers our growth . Hence when we do some work we should accept failures also as part of the game .
