Escapist route /confrontation route .

Life is a constant battle . At every stage we are fighting either with ourselves or with society , family , opportunities , success , failures or with our inward emotions . Sometimes the fight is easy and under control but mostly it is difficult and challenging .

At these times we have to make a conscious decision of either acccepting the challenge and fighting head on or running away showing our back to it .

This decision is solely at our own discretion and understanding of the situation . But we have to accept the challenge .

In this context i will elaborate the example of one of the boys who came in my contact . He showed his inability to get the job and lot of loan on his shoulder . As a pity I offered hom a meagre job and gave hom light work to do .

Most of the time he was missing from duty and not working . Though he was qualified enough to hunt for a good job but he showed no inclination . He was like a pest on our resources . Inspite of counselling, inspiration and affection he refused to learn and grow . Many a times he claimed of going in depression and takt pills .

What a waste of Human Resources.

He could have utilised his time working hard , learning lessons , growing and improving his worth .

Much would have been achieved . Life is not about cribbing and crying all the time . It is about learning and improving .
