This simple observation came when I started observing my dog . It used to jump on my bed even when grown up and felt secure and comfortable . Slowly I started helping him climb up the bed and i found that he lost the skill to climb up the bed . He always required my help and with out that he was incapable and restless .

In Hindi there is one quotation that practice makes the dumbest of fellow intelligent .

Practice makes the man perfect goes the old saying and success is 1 percent intelligence and 99 percent diligence .

Thus we see that hardwork is all one does to improve and gain perfection .

In our country we have fallen in the vicious circle of doling out posts and jobs to untrained and under qualified students .

Imagine a doctor with 40 percent marks in boards . What will he learn and what will he serve .

Firstly he will not be able to finish his course on time and secondly even after completion he would not have understood something so technical . So there is wastage of government money and his time and energy in wrong direction . The better results would be if we train him for a skill one possesses and settle him in that capacity .

Our education system should also be guided towards training of skills in students and seeing to it that they achieve perfection .

We would have strong individuals with knowledge and skill to perform their duties well .

Skill development should be the purpose of growth and livelihood .
