In life i see and perceive that people are used to seeing glass half empty. . They are not trained to see it half full and this is the root cause of there problem .The emptiness seeps in them and they are always sad , depressed and tense . The sense of seeing things as empty , lacking and wanting continues in them and the world around them appears to be one big well of zero and sorrow . Slowly they start delving in them to an extent where there own life becomes miserable and fear haunting them day in and day out .
The only thing they lack is faith in themselves and this gives them more frustration . The inertia of inaction becomes a by product of this perception .
Thus we see that sorrow becomes our own making and we start blaming it on the world .
The solution to this is to see glass half full . It will give us peace , tranquility and subsequently happiness . When we are happy we can see the clarity of things and are able to plan our future in a much better way . A life gets a new meaning to it . Mamta Mehrotra 13/2/22
