Recently i met a friend . She was in a dilemma to give up her job and start her own school . She was in a fix as her job was very well paying , she said as settled with nothing to loose . But her aspiration to start afresh was the pulling force in her life . Giving up the job meant losing a lot of money but starting her own venture meant a challenge and struggle but if successful then stability , prosperity and success . To start a new road afresh required courage and inner will to face the challenge .

Those who do something different are really motivated different persons for it is not easy to give up every thing and have a new beginning . The success stories of such people appear motivational and imitating but the hard work , dedication , leadership qualities , strategy planning requires immense inner preparation and the guts to stand up to the laughter and mockery of the society .

Only dreams could guide such people and the onus of losing is very high . Hence we should salute such people who not only earn for themselves but for the society in general .

A quote goes only those who have courage can tie and tame an elephant .

Thus to be a conqueror in the world one has to be dedicated towards one ‘s dream and not be afraid to loose .

Falling and rising are part of successful stories . When we evaluate someones life we fail to see the day to day difficulties one has gone through and only evaluate him/ her on the success achieved . We have to sum up a life on the totality of ups and downs faced by the person .

Then we would understand that taking up your dream and chasing it is a big step towards new beginnings .
