Criticism
Most of the time we are shy of performing because we are afraid to take in criticism from our fellow beings .
It is human nature to err and it is too human to criticize for many a times not appreciating someones work give us pleasure and state of superiority over others .
I have seen that people with unseen amount of short comings are very vocal of others handicaps. Those cricks go to extent about bragging about others failures and weaknesses forgetting that weakness arise from trying and trying something is a better trait than sitting idle . Those who are trying even with short comings have a chance of improving and growing. Those who are sitting idle will rust and deteriorate. Hence while as a performer in life we should never be afraid of failures, short comings, defeats ,and weaknesses.
These all could be improved over a span of time . Work begets work .Idle behavior leads to boredom. Fatigue, waste of time and energy.
In my earlier chapters i have emphasized about overconfidence than inferiority but still as a prudent person we should be aware of our weaknesses and shortcomings and should be open to criticism. We should be our own critics . because we can rise only when we are aware of our own follies . Hence before anyone points our mistakes we should say we know and we will improve.
We should believe the dictum that even in the beat of works there is ample scope of improvement .
